  1. new solid layer, comp size to serve as background
  2. add text with text tool and center
  3. make three copies of the text (control D)
  4. select bottom text layer and add fast blur effect/preset by dragging onto text layer
  5. adjust blurriness to 2.0
  6. drag fast blur onto second text layer (blurriness to 4.0)
  7. drag radial fast blur onto second text layer (amount to 70, zoom mode to brightest)
  8. cut top text layer to begin at 4 seconds
  9. expand second text layer and make sure you’re at 0 seconds
  10. click stopwatch for center and amount to add keyframes to timeline
  11. click crosshair button on radial fast blur effects panel and click to left of text
  12. move timeline to one second and move light to center, change amount to 75
  13. press enter to create new keyframes
  14. move timeline and move light to right, change amount to 70
  15. move timeline and move light to center, change amount to 95
  16. move timeline to 4 seconds and change amount to 0
  17. change keyframe at 3 seconds and 4 seconds to easy ease in
  18. create new solid layer and put between second and third text layer
  19. click adjustment layer icon to enable for new layer
  20. effects>color correction>color balance
  21. adjust to add color
  22. cut first few layers (alt right bracket cuts to timeline indicator)
