new text layer and center
make sure you’re on your text layer and use pen tool to trace text
effect>generate>stroke effect
turn off the original image and change brush size to big enough that it doesn’t grow anymore
turn mask back on to correct errors
set keyframe on end to 0 and 100
show mask to fix any errors
