  1. create text layer and position inside a circle
  2. press S and drop keyframe, set scale to 0
  3. keyframe out and set to 100
  4. position anchor point in center of text
  5. select both keyframe and easy ease both keyframes
  6. keyframe back to beginning and drop keyframe set opacity to 0, keyframe out and set to 100
  7. drop keyframe for scale and unlink chain between x and y
  8. set x to 0 then keyframe out and set to 100, add easy ease
  9. with keyframes still selected bring up graph editor icon
  10. pull red line past dashed line
  11. select ellipse and add a trim path, set end to 0 add keyframe, keyframe out and set to 100
  12. add keyframes and use easy ease
  13. new solid layer and add effect called radio waves
  14. frequency 4, expansion 25, life span 1.2, opacity 25%, color white, start width 20, end width 1
